Real Water, Real Hydration

We talk endlessly about diets. We obsess over supplements. We spend thousands on doctors, trainers, diagnostics and therapies.


But almost none of us question the one thing that enters every single cell of our body… Water.


Not how clean it is. Not whether it’s filtered. But whether it actually hydrates you.


In my latest podcast episode, I had one of the most eye-opening conversations of my career. This one is not about drinking more water. It’s about drinking the right water.
