Artificial Dyes in Food

I did not make this video to go viral.I made it because I am genuinely worried.

I see the damage every single day with my clients. Diabetes. BP. Gut issues. Hormonal problems. Early cancers. Fatty liver. Kids with adult lifestyle diseases.

And the common thread behind most of these problems is not genetics.

It is food.

That is why you should watch this video. Not later. Not someday. Now.

India is growing, but our food standards are falling

India has over 1.3 billion people. Our population will continue to rise. But something else is quietly declining with it.

The quality of air is dropping. The quality of water is dropping. And most dangerously, the quality of food is dropping.

Today, food is no longer designed to nourish the body. It is designed to excite the tongue.

More sugar. More oil. More artificial colors.

Not because it is healthy, but because it sells.

In the video, I explain how Indian food companies are slowly replacing nutrition with stimulation. Temporary pleasure at the cost of long term health.

This is not fear-mongering. This is reality backed by what I see in clinics and hospitals.

Artificial food colors: what the West is removing, India is normalizing

Here is something most people do not know.

Many artificial food dyes that are commonly used in Indian packaged foods are either banned or strictly regulated in Europe. The US has already started forcing large food corporations to remove certain synthetic dyes linked to health risks.

Yet in India, we still consume foods filled with these compounds without asking questions.

ree

Bright red tandoori chicken. Neon colored chips. Candy that looks more like plastic than food.

And the usual defense is “We do not eat it every day.”

But then ask yourself this question.

If safety is optional, why do we wear seat belts every time we drive?

Health does not work on frequency alone. It works on cumulative exposure. Small daily insults add up over years.

You cannot filter food after eating it

As individuals, we try to protect ourselves.

We use air purifiers because we cannot control pollution. We use water filters because we cannot trust water quality.

But what filter do you use after eating poor quality food?

There is none.

Once the chemicals, excess sugar, oils, and additives enter your body, the damage is already in motion.

This is why waiting until 45 or 50 to “start eating healthy” does not work.

I see clients every day who say “Now I will take care of my diet.”

And my question always is What about the last 20 years?

Your body keeps score.

So, in the end, ask yourself: why These dyes are STILL allowed in India:

And they’re found in: Chips, biscuits, and candies

Restaurant biryani & bakery sweets

Ice creams & soft drinks

Packaged juices & cereals

So, a last request to STOP doing these 4 things immediately: -

Assuming “brightly coloured = tasty but safe”

Giving packaged coloured foods to kids under 12

Ignoring labels that say “INS 102, 110, 122, 124”

Eating food with colours you can’t pronounce

Please Take care of your health.
