BAEL CHOCOLATE LADOO WITH FLAX & GOND (IMMUNITY TRUFFLES)

Immunity truffles with bael pulp, flaxseed, and gond. Great for gut repair, bone strength, and kids' nutrition.

Ingredients

  • Ripe bael pulp – 1⁄2 cup

  • Flaxseed powder – 2 tbsp

  • Roasted gond (edible gum) – 2 tbsp (crushed)

  • Grated jaggery – 3 tbsp

  • Raw cacao powder – 1 tbsp

  • Ghee – 1 tbsp

  • Cardamom – pinch

  • Pista or sunflower seeds – for garnish

Method

  • Heat ghee, roast gond until puffed.

  • Crush coarsely.

  • Add flaxseed powder and roast for 1 min.

  • Add jaggery, bael pulp, cacao, and cardamom.

  • Stir until it all binds.

  • Cool slightly.

  • Roll into laddoos.

  • Garnish.
