BAEL & PANEER PATRA (BAEL-STUFFED COLOCASIA ROLLS)

Ingredients
Bael pulp – 3 tbsp
Crumbled paneer – 1⁄4 cup
Arbi leaves – 3-4 medium
Besan – 2 tbsp
Ginger-chilli paste – 1⁄2 tsp
Lemon juice – 1⁄2 tsp
Sesame seeds – for garnish
Chilli powder - 1⁄2 tsp
Method
Mix/ grind bael + paneer + spices + besan to make a thick paste.
Spread on arbi/ colocasial leaves, roll, and steam.
Slice, temper with mustard + sesame.
Bael’s earthy tang pairs brilliantly with paneer, giving a sweet-savoury burst in every bite!
