Sprouted Moong Chilla

Moong sprouts blended into crispy chilla. High in enzymes, protein, and easy on the gut.

Food Info:

  • Calories: 160 kcal

  • Protein: 10g

  • Carbs: 25g

  • Fats: 2g

  • Serving Size: 2 medium-sized chillas

  • Preparation Time: 10 minutes

  • Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sprouted moong dal (ground into a paste)

  • 2 tbsp chopped onion

  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander

  • 1 green chili (optional)

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric

  • Salt to taste

  • Non-stick pan with 1 tsp ghee for greasing

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl to form a batter.

  2. Heat the pan and grease lightly with ghee.

  3. Pour a ladle of batter and spread into a thin circle.

  4. Cook on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
