Ingredients Ripe bael pulp – 1⁄2 cup Flaxseed powder – 2 tbsp Roasted gond (edible gum) – 2 tbsp (crushed) Grated jaggery – 3 tbsp Raw cacao powder – 1 tbsp Ghee – 1 tbsp Cardamom – pinch Pista or sunflower seeds – for garnish Method Heat ghee, roast gond until puffed.
