Jackfruit Kofta Curry

Ingredients
Raw jackfruit (boiled & mashed): 1 cup
Grated paneer or tofu: 1⁄4 cup
Spices: Garam masala, chilli powder, salt, cumin, turmeric
Rice flour: 2 tbsp (binding)
Method
Make small koftas and shallow fry or bake.
Prepare the curry base and simmer the koftas in it.
Tomato-onion puree: 1⁄2 cup
Cashew paste: 2 tbsp
Spices: Cumin, coriander, chilli powder
