TANDOORI MAKHANA BHEL

Roasted foxnuts tossed in tandoori spices. Crunchy, low-calorie snack rich in magnesium and calcium.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups roasted makhana

  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion

  • 1/2 cup finely chopped tomato

  • 1 tbsp mint chutney

  • 1 tbsp tamarind chutney

  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala

  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • Coriander leaves

Method

  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients just before serving to retain crunch.

  • Top with coriander and a squeeze of lime.

Tip - Add pomegranate for a sweet

crunch.
