DARK CHOCOLATE EASTER ENERGY BALLS

Ingredients:
1 cup almonds
½ cup pitted dates
3 tbsp unsweetened dark cocoa powder
2 tbsp vanilla whey protein powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Method:
Blend the almonds in a food processor until finely ground.
Add dates, cocoa powder, protein powder, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt, then blend until the mixture becomes sticky.
Drizzle in coconut oil and vanilla extract while pulsing to form a dough-like consistency.
Roll the mixture into 12 bite-sized balls (wet your hands slightly to prevent sticking).
Optionally coat with crushed nuts, cocoa powder, or shredded coconut.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
