CHOCOLATE MAKHANA ENERGY CLUSTERS

Makhana, seeds, and nuts rolled into crunchy bites. Clean energy booster for kids and busy adults.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups roasted makhana

  • 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate (70% and above)

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp chia or flax seeds

Method

  • Mix chocolate, peanut butter, and vanilla until smooth.

  • Toss in makhana, coat well, and drop spoonfuls on parchment paper.

  • Let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Tip - Dust with a pinch of Himalayan pink salt for contrast.
