CHIA PARFAIT

A light, nutrient-packed layered delight of chia seeds, milk, and fruits—perfect for a refreshing, fiber-rich start or snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp soaked chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp carrot puree

  • 1 orange (segments)

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

  • 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt

  • 1 tsp honey or jaggery syrup

Method

  • Layer chia seeds with yoghurt in a glass.

  • Add carrot puree and orange segments.

  • Top with seeds and a natural sweetener.

  • Serve immediately or chilled.
