BAEL & PANEER PATRA (BAEL-STUFFED COLOCASIA ROLLS)

Arbi leaves stuffed with bael and paneer mix. A fibre-rich twist for hormonal and gut health.

Ingredients

  • Bael pulp – 3 tbsp

  • Crumbled paneer – 1⁄4 cup

  • Arbi leaves – 3-4 medium

  • Besan – 2 tbsp

  • Ginger-chilli paste – 1⁄2 tsp

  • Lemon juice – 1⁄2 tsp

  • Sesame seeds – for garnish

  • Chilli powder - 1⁄2 tsp

Method

  • Mix/ grind bael + paneer + spices + besan to make a thick paste.

  • Spread on arbi/ colocasial leaves, roll, and steam.

  • Slice, temper with mustard + sesame.

Bael’s earthy tang pairs brilliantly with paneer, giving a sweet-savoury burst in every bite!
