Amaranth and Vegetable Upma

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Dry roast amaranth seeds and set aside.

  2. Heat ghee, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and vegetables.

  3. Add water, salt, and roasted amaranth, and cook until soft.
