Wholesome millet biryani with veggies and paneer. High-protein, gluten-free twist to traditional biryani.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup foxtail millet

  • 1/2 cup diced paneer

  • 1 cup mixed vegetables

  • 1 tbsp ghee

  • Spices: Bay leaf, cardamom, and cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Cook millet separately.

  2. Sauté spices, vegetables, and paneer in ghee.

  3. Mix millet and cook for 5 minutes.
