COCOA CHIA BOWL

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp soaked chia seeds

  • 1 tsp unsweetened cacao powder

  • ½ banana (sliced)

  • 1 tbsp mixed seeds (hemp, pumpkin, sunflower)

  • 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt

  • Pinch of cinnamon

  • 1 tsp honey

Method

  • Thoroughly mix chia seeds with cacao powder.

  • Add yoghurt and mix until the desired consistency is reached.

  • Top with banana, seeds, and spices.

  • Drizzle honey and serve.
