

CHOCOLATE MAKHANA ENERGY CLUSTERS

Ingredients
1.5 cups roasted makhana
1/2 cup melted dark chocolate (70% and above)
1 tbsp peanut butter (optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp chia or flax seeds
Method
Mix chocolate, peanut butter, and vanilla until smooth.
Toss in makhana, coat well, and drop spoonfuls on parchment paper.
Let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Tip - Dust with a pinch of Himalayan pink salt for contrast.
