Homemade healthy chocolate

A rich, guilt-free homemade chocolate made with clean ingredients—naturally sweet, indulgent, and nourishing.

Ingredients

  • 100 ml coconut oil or cocoa butter

  • 40 g unsweetened cocoa powder or raw cacao

  • 60 ml pure maple syrup or raw honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of Himalayan pink salt

  • Optional: chia seeds, nuts, maca or ashwagandha

Method

  • Gently melt coconut oil using a double boiler.

  • Sift cocoa powder to remove lumps.

  • Whisk cocoa into melted oil until smooth.

  • Add sweetener, vanilla, and salt.

  • Mix in optional superfoods.

  • Pour into moulds and freeze for 20–30 minutes.

  • Store refrigerated.
