Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Prepare Sweet Potatoes:
Wash and peel sweet potatoes.
Cut into even-sized fries or wedges.
Season the Fries:
In a bowl, toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
Bake:
Spread the fries in a single layer on the baking tray.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
Serve:
