Jamun Chia Pudding

Here's the podcast summary
Ingredients:
1 cup jamun pulp (seeds removed)
1 tbsp chia seeds
150 ml almond milk (or coconut milk as an alternative)
1 tbsp protein powder (optional)
1 tsp sunflower seeds
1 tsp pumpkin seeds
An extra spoonful of jamun pulp for topping (optional)
Method:
Blend the jamun pulp into a smooth, silky puree.
In a bowl or jar, mix the puree with chia seeds, milk of your choice, seeds, and protein powder (if using).
Stir or whisk thoroughly until everything is well combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4–5 hours or overnight to let it set.
Before serving, top with fresh jamun pulp if desired.
Serve chilled and enjoy a refreshing, antioxidant-rich treat!
