

Homemade healthy chocolate
A rich, guilt-free homemade chocolate made with clean ingredients—naturally sweet, indulgent, and nourishing.

Ingredients
100 ml coconut oil or cocoa butter
40 g unsweetened cocoa powder or raw cacao
60 ml pure maple syrup or raw honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of Himalayan pink salt
Optional: chia seeds, nuts, maca or ashwagandha
Method
Gently melt coconut oil using a double boiler.
Sift cocoa powder to remove lumps.
Whisk cocoa into melted oil until smooth.
Add sweetener, vanilla, and salt.
Mix in optional superfoods.
Pour into moulds and freeze for 20–30 minutes.
Store refrigerated.
