Ingredients
2 tbsp soaked chia seeds
1 tsp unsweetened cacao powder
½ banana (sliced)
1 tbsp mixed seeds (hemp, pumpkin, sunflower)
2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
Pinch of cinnamon
1 tsp honey
Method
Thoroughly mix chia seeds with cacao powder.
Add yoghurt and mix until the desired consistency is reached.
Top with banana, seeds, and spices.
Drizzle honey and serve.
