2 tbsp soaked chia seeds
½ cup blended moong sprouts
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tbsp rice or oats flour
Pinch of ajwain or cumin seeds
Salt to taste
Water as needed
Minimal ghee or cold-pressed oil for cooking
Method
Blend moong sprouts into a smooth paste.
Add chia seeds, ginger, flour, spices, and water to form batter.
Heat a pan and spread the batter like a dosa.
Cook on both sides until crisp.
