Sprouted Moong Chilla

Ingredients:
1 cup sprouted moong dal (ground into a paste)
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp chopped coriander
1 green chili (optional)
1/4 tsp turmeric
Salt to taste
Non-stick pan with 1 tsp ghee for greasing
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl to form a batter.
Heat the pan and grease lightly with ghee.
Pour a ladle of batter and spread into a thin circle.
Cook on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
