METHI THEPLA WITH HOMEMADE DAHI HEALTHY TWIST
Fibre + iron from whole wheat and methi, plus extra protein from homemade dahi.

1 cup whole wheat flour
1⁄2 cup chopped methi leaves
1 tbsp flaxseeds (optional)
1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp grated ginger
Salt, water for kneading
1 tbsp ghee (or olive oil)
Homemade dahi to serve
Method
Mix ingredients into a soft dough
Roll out thin
Cook on the tawa with ghee
Serve with homemade dahi
