BAEL CHOCOLATE LADOO WITH FLAX & GOND (IMMUNITY TRUFFLES)
Immunity truffles with bael pulp, flaxseed, and gond. Great for gut repair, bone strength, and kids' nutrition.

Ingredients
Ripe bael pulp – 1⁄2 cup
Flaxseed powder – 2 tbsp
Roasted gond (edible gum) – 2 tbsp (crushed)
Grated jaggery – 3 tbsp
Raw cacao powder – 1 tbsp
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Cardamom – pinch
Pista or sunflower seeds – for garnish
Method
Heat ghee, roast gond until puffed.
Crush coarsely.
Add flaxseed powder and roast for 1 min.
Add jaggery, bael pulp, cacao, and cardamom.
Stir until it all binds.
Cool slightly.
Roll into laddoos.
Garnish.
