TANDOORI MAKHANA BHEL
Roasted foxnuts tossed in tandoori spices. Crunchy, low-calorie snack rich in magnesium and calcium.

Ingredients
2 cups roasted makhana
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped tomato
1 tbsp mint chutney
1 tbsp tamarind chutney
1/4 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp lemon juice
Coriander leaves
Method
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients just before serving to retain crunch.
Top with coriander and a squeeze of lime.
Tip - Add pomegranate for a sweet
crunch.
