Rajma and Spinach Tikki

Protein-rich red kidney bean and spinach patties. Iron-boosting snack, baked or shallow-fried.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup boiled rajma (kidney beans)

  • 1/2 cup finely chopped spinach

  • 1 tsp cumin powder

  • 1 tbsp whole wheat flour

  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Mash rajma, mix with spinach and spices.

  2. Shape into tikkis and pan-fry with minimal oil.
