1/2 cup quinoa
1/4 cup moong dal

Instructions:
Wash and soak quinoa and moong dal for 15 minutes.
Heat ghee, add cumin, and sauté vegetables.
Add quinoa, dal, turmeric, and salt.
Add 2 cups of water, cover, and cook until soft.
