MIXED LENTIL SAMBAR

Hearty mixed lentil sambar packed with protein rich dals, aromatic spices, and authentic South Indian flavor for a wholesome meal

Ingredients

  • Toor, moong, masoor dal mix

  • Turmeric

  • Mustard seeds, curry leaves

  • Onion, tomato

  • Tamarind pulp, sambar powder

  • Vegetables (drumstick, carrot)

Method

  • Pressure cook dals with turmeric and mash.

  • Prepare tempering and sauté the onion and tomato.

  • Add tamarind, spices, vegetables, and water.

  • Add dal and simmer.
