CHIA & MOONG SPROUT DOSA

A protein-packed, gut-friendly dosa made with chia seeds and sprouted moong—light, crisp, and perfect for a healthy meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp soaked chia seeds

  • ½ cup blended moong sprouts

  • 1 tsp ginger paste

  • 1 tbsp rice or oats flour

  • Pinch of ajwain or cumin seeds

  • Salt to taste

  • Water as needed

  • Minimal ghee or cold-pressed oil for cooking

Method

  • Blend moong sprouts into a smooth paste.

  • Add chia seeds, ginger, flour, spices, and water to form batter.

  • Heat a pan and spread the batter like a dosa.

  • Cook on both sides until crisp.
