SPROUTED MOONG DAL CURRY

High protein sprouted moong dal curry recipe for healthy weight loss and easy everyday Indian cooking

Ingredients

1 cup sprouted moong dal

Mustard seeds, curry leaves

Onion, drumstick, tomato, ginger-garlic paste

Turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala

Coconut milk


Method

Temper mustard seeds and curry leaves.

Sauté onion and ginger-garlic paste.

Add tomato puree and spices.

Add sprouts and water, cook until soft.

Finish with coconut milk and simmer.
