CHOCOLATE MAKHANA ENERGY CLUSTERS

1 tbsp peanut butter (optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp chia or flax seeds
Method

Toss in makhana, coat well, and drop spoonfuls on parchment paper.
Let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.
