We have created a "No Refund & Return Policy" in order to uphold transparency and clearly communicate expectations to our consumers. You accept to abide by the following conditions if you use our services or buy our products:
1.1. No Refunds: Payments made for dietary counseling services are not refundable in any way. Any services rendered by our nutritionists are not eligible for a refund, in whole or in part.
1.2. Service Modification: Please contact us to discuss your problems if, for any reason, you are unhappy with our nutrition counseling services. We will use professionally reasonable measures to resolve your issues. However, a reimbursement might not be included in this.
2.1. Return & Refund: There are no returns or refunds; all purchases are final. Except in exceptional cases, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for items purchased from our website.
2.2. Faulty & Damaged: Products that are damaged or faulty must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. In this situation, we will give instructions for refunds or replacements.
3.1. We normally ship a product within 24 to 48 hours of receiving an order during regular business hours. Please be aware that any delays or problems caused by shipping companies are not our responsibility. Any issues with shipment should be handled directly with the carrier.
4.1. Eligibility: Only if the item is broken, misrepresented, or faulty do we welcome returns for anything bought from our website. Any such problems must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
4.2. Return Process:
Except in situations where the goods was received damaged or faulty, the customer is responsible for the expense of return shipping costs for any qualified returns.
6.1. In exceptional cases when a refund or return is judged appropriate, the management of RD Nutrition Pvt Ltd shall have the final say.
6.2. Any refunds will be processed in 7-10 working days using the original payment method/alternate payment method, whichever is applicable
6.3. For international transactions, the currency conversion rates and fees imposed by your payment provider may cause the amount of your refund to fluctuate if the initial payment was made in a currency other than the currency of the refund. These differences are not within our control.
We retain the right to change our return and no-refund policy at any moment. Any modifications take effect as soon as the new policy is posted on our website.
