Do you often find telling yourself, No more drinking because of the ugly hangover that follows after a night out? Then you are not alone. A lot of us have sailed in this ship before but the next time comes and we find ourselves giving in. As a nutritionist, my job is to educate you how alcohol is bad for your health, but this blog is not about giving a disclaimer.

 

Today is all about giving you a simple hack to cure your hangover. All you have to do is make these quick detox cubes, freeze them in ice tray and head out for the night! It will take less than 5 minutes and your body will thank you the next day while you add 4-5 of these cubes in water and sip on it all through the day.

 

Here’s an insider tip: Suck on these detox cubes without dropping them in water to give your brain a kick start!!

 

#Recipe – Draught Cucumbeer cubes

 Ingredients

1> Lemon water (Base)

2> 1 Orange

3> ½ Cucumber

4> 6-7 Mint leaves

5> 1 ginger piece, grated

6> 1 tbsp Honey

7> Salt as per taste

Method to prepare:

1> Take one glass of water, and squeeze ½ lemon in it to make lemon water

2> Add grated ginger, honey and salt to lemon water and pour in ice tray

3> Add orange pulp, cucumber slices and mint leaves in each section and freeze

 

#Recipe – Lexy Relaxy Cubes

Ingredients

1> Coconut water (Base)

2> 1 Orange

3> 6-7 Mint leaves

4> 1 ginger piece, grated

5> Lemon

6> 1 tbsp Honey

7> Salt as per taste

Method to prepare:

1> Take one glass of coconut water, and squeeze ½ lemon in it

2> Add grated ginger, honey and salt to coconut water and pour in ice tray

3> Add orange pulp and mint leaves in each section and freeze

 

#Recipe – Wodka Cube Shots

Ingredients

1> Watermelon Juice (Base)

2> Mosambi

3> Mint leaves

4> Lemon

5> Salt

Method to prepare:

1> Take 1 bowl of watermelon, add 1 glass of water and blend it to make watermelon juice

2> Squeeze ½ lemon in it and add salt as per taste

3> Pour this mixture in ice tray

4> Add mosambi pulp and mint leaves in each section and freeze

 

#Recipe – Green Tini

Ingredients

1> Green tea (Base)

2> Lemon

3> 1 Ginger piece, grated

4> 1 tbsp Honey

Method to prepare:

1> Take one glass of normal water, and dip a green tea bag in it for 5 minutes.

2> Add grated ginger, honey and squeeze ½ lemon in green tea and pour in ice tray

 

#Recipe – Tangy Monk

Ingredients

1> Genetic Greens and Red Powder (Base)

2> Watermelon

3> Mint leaves

4> Chaat masala

5> Honey

6> Salt

Method to prepare:

1> In a glass of water, add 2 tsp of Genetic greens and red powder and stir well

2> Add chopped watermelon pieces and mint

3> Pour this mixture in ice tray

4> Sprinkle chaat masala, salt on top and add a dash of honey to enhance flavor

5> Keep the ice tray in freezer to set
