Heat a pan, add mustard seeds, garlic, and curry leaves. Add tomatoes and green chillies, cook until soft. Add purslane leaves and cook until wilted. Add tamarind pulp and simmer for 5 minutes. Mix in cooked dal and adjust consistency.
