Lockdown is Offseason for Athletes l How they should be eating

While the nation seems to come to stop, athletes are coming up with their imaginative workout ideas to keep themselves fit.

They have monitored through online sessions and also have been provided with an individual training schedule.

But athletes need to understand that their training intensity is not the same hence their nutrition needs to be changed accordingly.

The government is extending all its support to the athletes and to make them aware of several aspects of fitness, came up with the brilliant initiative of providing them knowledge by brining all experts on a unified platform.

It was a great honor to be invited by Sports Authority Of India to conduct a workshop on nutrition. During this workshop, I discussed nutrition requirements for athletes during the lockdown and shared some nutrition secrets on how should they be eating.
