A Nutritionist Is a Judge

A nutritionist is a judge.
Do not pass the judgment until you know all the facts. Do not pass the verdict till you establish all the facts of the case.

The facts of:

  • Body Measurements
  • Blood Measurements
  • Physical Activity
  • Genetics
  • Protein
  • Carbs
  • Fats
  • Vitamins
  • Minerals
  • Water

Do not ever have a preconceived notion.

The most common misjudgment is that the athletes who are vegetarians cannot become a champion. It is our responsibility to find best source of protein for that athlete from a vegetarian diet.

I worked with two time Olympic Bronze and Silver Medalist, wrestler Sushil Kumar, who is pure vegetarian and was still powerful.

As a nutritionist, our role is to meticulously examine all the available facts and only then decide what is good for a person.

A NUTRITIONIST is a JUDGE. For every ACTION of his/her, there must present be a PROOF. Then take the decision to Prosecute or Acquit a Food in the diet plan.
