It was great to see the kind of response that we received from coaches, athletes, trainers & physios during the live nutrition session with SAI.

Especially heartwarming to know that they requested to organize another session of mine on fat loss.

The second session was organized by Sports Authority Of India on Nutrition Tips For FAT LOSS.

The session was about understanding Fat. How you use it? How it stores? How you can Burn it? Why it’s so difficult to lose fat? Do I know how many calories I burn? Do I know how many Calories I feed? Which foods can raise metabolism? Which supplements may help fat burn?

Great initiative by Sports Minister Shri Kiren Rijiju, Sports Authority Of India, Khelo India and GOI for knowledge development of all athletes, trainers and coaches.
